2. Personal data we process
- Identity and contact details: name, email address, phone number and company name (phone and company are optional).
- Enquiry details: the subject and content of your message, the product you request a quote for, the date of submission and the site language.
- Security data: to prevent misuse of the form, your IP address is held briefly in server memory; it is not stored in the database. Our hosting provider’s servers may also keep technical access logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser details).
Please do not share special categories of personal data (such as health, religion or criminal records) in the forms.
3. Purposes of processing
- To receive, assess and respond to your contact and quote requests,
- to prepare quotes and carry out pre-sales processes,
- to keep the website secure and prevent spam,
- to comply with legal obligations and protect our rights in possible disputes.
4. Method of collection and legal grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, through the contact and quote forms on the website. The legal grounds for processing (KVKK Art. 5/2) are:
- processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c) — quote requests,
- processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation of the controller (ç),
- processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (e),
- the Company’s legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f) — answering general enquiries and website security.
We do not send you marketing messages; therefore we do not ask for your explicit consent in the forms.
5. Transfer of personal data
Your personal data is never sold or rented. It may be transferred, only for the purposes above and to the extent necessary, to the hosting providers we use for the website and email infrastructure (the data is stored on their servers) and, upon request, to authorised public authorities and courts. Your personal data is not transferred abroad.
6. Retention period
Messages submitted through the forms are kept for no more than 2 (two) years from the date of submission and are then deleted automatically. If a quote leads to a contract, the retention periods required by the relevant legislation apply.
7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
By applying to the Company, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data is transferred,
- request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request erasure or destruction of the data under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7,
- request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- object to a result against you arising from analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you may send your request in writing, together with information identifying you, to Trendist Ataşehir Residence, Atatürk Mah. Fazıl Paşa Sok. No: 9-11 O, A3 Blok, Daire 289, Ataşehir / İstanbul, or by email to info@adamuhendislik.net from the email address you have previously provided to us. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on their nature; if the action requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
